Reservations

Reservations are confirmed only once the required deposit or payment has been received, in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking.

The guest is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate.

Payment

Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. However, once a reservation has been confirmed, the agreed-upon rate will be honoured.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are those indicated in your booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

We kindly ask our guests to respect these times to allow sufficient time to prepare the chalet for our next visitors.

Occupancy

The maximum number of guests permitted is the capacity indicated in the chalet description.

Parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the permitted occupancy are not allowed without prior authorization.

Care of the Property

We kindly ask all guests to take care of the chalet, its furnishings, amenities, and equipment.

Guests agree to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and to promptly report any damage or incident that occurs during their stay.

Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be charged to the guest and deducted from the mandatory $200 security deposit.

Pets

Pets are permitted only when specified in the booking conditions or with our prior approval.

Additional fees may apply.

Smoking & Cannabis

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the chalet.

Cigarette butts must be disposed of safely in the designated containers.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy applicable to your stay will be the policy provided at the time of booking.

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

Force Majeure

CĀMI | Chalet shall not be held responsible for interruptions or an inability to provide the booked accommodation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Exceptional or severe weather conditions;

• Utility outages;

• Natural disasters;

• Government decisions or restrictions;

• Any other event considered to be force majeure.

Liability

Guests use the chalet and its facilities at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CĀMI | Chalet shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings occurring during their stay.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly around the water, hot tub, fireplace, and outdoor amenities.

 

Website

We make every effort to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate and up to date. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.

CĀMI | Chalet reserves the right to modify website content, rates, availability, or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any confirmed reservation will remain subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
